The housing houses all the internal components and protects them from external elements. Rotor Assembly: The rotor assembly consists of a precision-engineered rotor and vanes. Vanes: The vanes are usually made of carbon composite or other high-strength materials. They seal against the housing and the cam ring, allowing the formation of chambers of different sizes as the rotor rotates. The vanes play a crucial role in maintaining the hydraulic seal and facilitating the pumping action. Cam Ring: The cam ring is a specially shaped component with internal cam profiles. It guides the movement of the vanes, ensuring that they maintain proper contact with the housing. The cam ring's design determines the pump's displacement characteristics, such as flow rate and pressure. Inlet and Outlet Ports: The pump features dedicated inlet and outlet ports for hydraulic fluid. The inlet port allows fluid to enter the pump, while the outlet port delivers the pressurized fluid to the hydraulic system. These ports are usually equipped with threaded fittings or flanges for easy connection. Shaft Seal: The shaft seal is a critical component that prevents leakage of hydraulic fluid along the pump's driveshaft. It typically consists of multiple sealing elements, such as lip seals or mechanical seals, arranged in a cartridge or gland assembly. The shaft seal ensures proper containment of the hydraulic fluid within the pump. Bearings: The pump incorporates high-quality bearings to support the rotor shaft and provide smooth and reliable operation. These bearings are designed to handle both radial and axial loads generated during pump operation. Common types of bearings used include ball bearings or roller bearings.

Pressure Relief Valve: The pressure relief valve is a safety feature that protects the pump and the hydraulic system from excessive pressure.

It is typically integrated into the pump's housing or mounted externally. When the system pressure exceeds a predetermined limit, the relief valve opens, allowing excess fluid to bypass back to the reservoir. Mounting Bracket: The pump is often equipped with a mounting bracket, which facilitates easy installation and secure attachment to the machine or system. The bracket ensures proper alignment and stability during operation, minimizing vibration and potential damage to the pump. Filtration: Some models of the LINDER HPR Series may include built-in filtration systems.
